You can return most items for a refund or a Boxz credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition, unused (with any tags still attached) in original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition (and any free items that came with the product will also need to be returned) to be accepted by us. To return an item you can manage this through your account, where you can associate the return with the relevant order. This ensures that the process is as easy as possible for you.
If tags have been removed we may be unable to process a refund
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Clearance items
- Personalised items
- Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for £25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
- Tags not attached or no original packaging
- Items you have already assembled or used
We’re working towards reducing the amount of plastic we use. When returning your items please put all items into one parcel bag and attach one returns label (regardless of the items coming back.) We’ll do the rest - once your parcel reaches us we’ll check each item individually and credit/replace them
Manufacturers Warranty
Most items have a one year warranty on them from the manufacturer, please note this warranty will not cover wear and tare, misuse or damaged items. If an item becomes defective, we must be notified immediately and within 14 Days of notification the item must be retuned to us and or the manufacturer.
